Good morning…Spring is right around the corner and there is plenty of time to get ready for the Third Annual Lone Gull 10K! The online registration is open (check out the “registration” page of the site) and the paper applications are available too. Please register online as I am trying to cut down on the amount of paper used. Sign up early to secure your Nike Dri-Fit shirts!!! In regards to the shirts, I WILL NOT be holding on to shirts that are not picked up before or at the race. ALL leftover shirts will be going to runners who did not already get a shirt.

On another note…New England Running Company will be hosting a fundraising event on March 23rd from 7-9PM. Jack Fultz, who won the Boston Marathon in 1976, will be the keynote speaker. Please check www.nerunningco.com for more details.
