Happy holidays to all of you out there! I hope that 2009 is a great year for everybody and that you can all join us for the Third Annual Lone Gull 10K!!! The 2009 race will be run on Sunday, September 20th at 9AM and this year’s edition has been voted in as the USATF New England Grand Prix 10K Championship. The updated race application will be available towards the end of January and ditto for the online registration.

The Second Annual Lone Gull 10K saw course records set by Wilson Perez on the men’s side (32:06) and by Julie Spolidoro for the ladies in a time of 35:52. Congrats to all of you runners!
